COFFEE ICE-CREAM

Ingredients :-
1 litre milk
4 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoon milk powder
1 tablespoon chinagrass
3 tablespoon instant coffee powder



Method :-
1) Boil the milk to half. Add china grass ,sugar and turn off the gas.

2) Add milk powder and coffee powder churn it and allow it to settle in the freezer.

3) After the mixture is partially frozen churn it once again and keep it back in the
freezer to set.
