Open start, run, type gpedit.msc . .y0u will see l0cal c0mputer p0licy.expand the administrative templates branch.highlights QoS packet scheduler. D0uble click limit reserveable band width. Check enabled change bandwidth limit[ to 0% ,clck apply, ok nd restart ur c0mputer.
